Jessica and Jeffrey’s vibrant Villa Sol y Luna Wedding was so full of life, color and energy that I knew from start to finish that these photos were going to be something really lovely and special (just like them) and I am glad to announce I wasn’t wrong!
This is an oldie (as you can see from their save the date!) But I would love to get more weddings like this – so I’m putting this out there for the universe to work for me!
First off, all of the gorgeous color contrasts found in this life-changing event were super exciting to the eye, like the white of the dress, sand and decore details against the yellow, green, the blue of the sky and the different tones of the Caribbean sea and every color surrounding us! It all went perfectly
with this couple’s happy and beautiful vibe.
Built on loving details that made everyone smile, every part of this wedding day was planned out to make the bride and groom as well as their family and riends happy in an atmosphere that just screamed PARADISE! In a venue that can only be described as such, on a beach found half an hour from Cancun’s airport, Villa Sol y Luna was an ideal match for them.
Capturing the love between J & J on this tropical beach was an easy task for me, they had this light shining through that lit up every shot and inspired me with every change of location or moment: either it is with the blue skies, the gorgeous sundown, that jaw-dropping moon, ceremony or portraits, resulting all in beautiful effects. Also, getting candid moments of friends and their guests smiling from ear to ear and having an amazing time was not hard to do!
